Dave Webster 

Insurance Consultant – Insura Partners

I attended the University of Guelph, where I also ran my own painting franchise under the College Pro banner. After graduation, I spent seven years with a Toronto-area service company, starting as a project manager before moving into the role of director of sales. During that time, I helped grow the company into one of the largest painting businesses in the Greater Toronto Area.
 
For the past six years, I’ve been an insurance consultant at Webster Financial. I have worked to expand the practice while being instrumental in onboarding several new books of business, ensuring the risk management portion of each client’s financial plan is addressed with the highest level of care and professionalism. I take pride in making sure my clients’ insurance needs are met with solutions that are both suitable and sustainable. My areas of focus include individual life, critical illness, and disability insurance, as well as comprehensive employee benefit programs.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, spending time on the ski slopes, and relaxing with my family and friends and my dog Muggsy, who also happens to be our office dog and unofficial team mascot. Whether at work or at play, I value connection, balance, and making the most out of every opportunity.

Matt Lindzon 

Insurance Specialist – Insura Partners

I completed my MBA at the Ted Rogers School of Management and bring an entrepreneurial background into my work, having founded and exited several businesses early in my career. I also had the opportunity to pitch on Dragons’ Den, where I secured investment and national exposure.

I entered the industry by helping launch a life insurance brokerage at a major Canadian institution, serving as Managing Advisor. That experience shaped my approach today—focused on clear advice, practical solutions, and long-term planning.

I work with individuals, families, and business owners to design insurance strategies that align with their broader financial goals, with a focus on life, critical illness, and disability coverage.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time with family and friends, and building strong relationships in both my personal and professional life.
